Initial consultation is free, Remote access troubleshooting and fixing charges are ranging from 750 up to 1,500 max. You will not be charge if in case we wasn’t able to fix it via remote.

We will only charge you if we are able to fix your PC issues, We are accepting GCASH or Bank transfer Payment.
We can only fix problem via remote if it is a software related problems, software installations or configuration issues, other than that, it has to be physically check via on-site or use courier services to send your item to our place.
